Madrona Coffee is dedicated to consistently roasting
amazing espresso. No automation is used in the roasting process. This
ensures a highly skilled human is closely monitoring the process thoughout
the roast. Chefs would never leave the pan on the stove unattended and
to roast the coffee to its full potential neither would Madrona Coffee.
We stick with "old School" roasting school of thought for
our blends. That being said we understand the many ways coffee can be
roasted and will roast according to customer preference with a 20 pound
minimum order.
